OMG, what a suckout!
In my favor, that is! I'm playing in the LVA Freeroll on Poker Rewards (Prima) today, and I had 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in the BB. 4 limpers.
Flop comes out A77 (suits irrelevant). I check, aiming for a check-raise against somebody with A-small. Check, bet, call to me. I minraise. Fold, call, minraise. I minraise again. Fold, all-in. I think for a bit and call (I have him covered with T5000 to spare). He flips up AA, and I go, "Oh, [censored]!" Turn is a blank. River is the case 7. YYYYEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!! That'll teach him to slow-play his AA pre-flop (Whew!)! -Mike |

Re: OMG, what a suckout!
You fish!
77 vs 2 players with AK. Flop: A 7 4 Turn: A River: 4 2dimes had my Ev at 99% on the flop. Too bad they weren't 2 hotties. |

Alas, a couple of minutes ago, I played a pair of Kings aggressively, and got called by someone with T8o. Who proceeded to pick up quad Ts, knocking me out in 29th place (the tourney pays 20 places). AAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!! -Mike |
