you can also hit it with 32s...or even 75s (board of 4689T, opponent holds JQs).

Doesn't the 75s hand have a T high straight flush 6789T
that wouldn't qualify. It could Qualify on a 643XX or 684XX or 986XX(with no T of the suit) board given that XX was a pair qualifying if it quads.
