Default Justified push?

5-10 9 handed. UTG+1 Is pretty bad and very tilty. He just lost a big pot and 1.5k of his stack the previous hand. He has $200 and pushes all in after UTG folds. 2 Spots later a player calls the allin for $200 and has $800 left. He is a loose player and aware of the tilt that UTG+1 has. All fold to me in the CO where I have AKo. I push allin.

I think it's a good push. Is it because maybe someone you have dominated will call thinking it's a squeeze play aimed at getting heads up with tilter w/ something like 55-88? What range of hands do you make this push with?

Thanks in advance.

Well I pushed and the cold caller called $800 more with 99 The tilter showed AQo. Flop came Q high then no help on turn or river. I rebuy and make a note about the 99 guy.
