Increasing Blinds and Stack Size .....

I've always heard that you should steal blinds in order to keep yourself from becoming short stack as the blinds raise.

I was wondering what a good percentage would be to keep your stack above the blinds?

ie. if the blinds are 100-200 your stack should be X amount or 10% of your stack .. and so on ...
