Default Party WSOP Steps...

Anyone else think that these things are nothing more than a rake generating machine?

Win WSOP seat from Step one -- generate minimum $2960 in rake and a minimum of $914 in "future" rake (from loop-backs).

Lets see $2960, or $630 per seat on for eg PokerStars (via $650's)... hmm

Everything party does it for rake

That said....there is a lot less luck involved in the these steps.

There are so many freerolls in the structure that you could work your way to a step for a lot less money than $650. PokerStar 650 is just for shot. Though less time is invested.

I have played steps when I couldnt play my normal cash games due to other stuff going on. That said one ring game is more than likely EV+ over the WSOP steps.
