Default I have to call, right?

I think I probably should've checked on the flop, instead of leading out, but the money would've gotten in anyway. Once the bet got around to me again I was getting about 7-1 on my call. In retrospect, however, I only had 5 nut outs (if I did the math right) and only 11 outs total after subtracting the flush cards. I still think the odds were right, but I'm just learning Omaha and would like some "expert" opinions.

Thanks

I would've played it exactly the same way.

If I (and the rest of the table) have much deeper stacks, would it be more correct to check the flop? Fold to the pot-sized re-raise?

I check the flop and call hoping to hit on the turn. If I miss, I don't call another pot sized bet. I fold and wait for a better spot.

I would have done the same. Check, call fold on the turn if you miss. So many players in on the hand, someone is going for the flush, someone has a set, and maybe a better str8 draw. Doesnt matter if you money is going in anyway, let someone else bet this one for you,

Thanks Beavis, but you can expand on that? The pre-flop raiser had min-raised every single hand that he played, so I discounted a big hand from him. I also knew that all the limpers would call, so I figured I was getting a good price on a hand that wasn't awful.

check and fold if there is a pot size bet. you may hit your hand but another may catch a bigger hand.. likely someone will be drawing to flush which has better odds than your draw..

That's flat-out wrong, the flush does not have better odds than this straight draw, even if you remove the straight outs that are spades.

Although it *is* true that of course the problem with the straight draw is it is more likely than the flush draw to hit and still lose.
