ive had good luck with their customer service - here's an idea - post your email here so we can decipher. maybe the problem is the wording of your request is unclear?

Their email support sucks. If you call them on the phone they are awesome though, I was really impressed.

I have always found their e-mail support to be excellent -- including a very detailed answer to a complicated question I asked them regarding the bonus.

I mailed them some dumb sportsbetting question like "when they print "Bronson Arroyo (R) must throw the first pitch for the Boston Red Sox for action", does that mean he has to throw it right-handed" and they understood the question and gave an understandable answer, and it was funny too.

i've had excellent communication with them about specific issues. perhaps they aren't so good at the form emails though.
