Party Skin 1/2 (6-Max) Win Rates

I am a fairly frequent poster in the MTT and other forums, and this is my first post in this forum (although ofter a lurker). I'm not sure if this post belongs in the micro-limit or the small stakes forum so i am cross-posting it in both.

The 1/2 6-max tables seem frightingly soft on the party skins. If you play in those games, you understand what I am saying.

What I want to know is what is the highest possible winrate some of you have sustained over...say...80k-100k hands?

In 3/6 and above a 3bb/100 winrate is pretty impressive, but i think in 1/2 6-max on the party skins, a lot more can be sustained. Is 5bb/100, 6bb/100, 7bb/100 or more sustainable over 100k hands given the players/rake, etc.?

obviously bonuses and rakeback, etc. will add the the profit margin, but what im concerned with is actual win rate in bb/100 hands.

I've done a search (the search function never seems to really work correctly for me) and couldnt come up with any helpful info regarding this.

I don't think too many ppl sustain 3BB/100 at 3/6 .. the ones that might be able too are moved up to 15/30 or higher

same idea applies to 1/2

haven't started 6max yet, so can't advise. i would say this post goes in the HUSH [Heads-Up/Short-Handed] forum.

any winrate will be subject to much greater variance than full ring games, and this is something to bear in mind.

try the HUSH forum.
most people here play full rings.

i would guess that 4-5 bb/100 is sustanable at the 1/2 6max games.

I think you'll have trouble finding people who play(ed) that many hands at 1/2 6 max.

that said, win rates can be greater in this game than .50/1...but anything above 5bb/100 is probably unsustainable.

the variance in that game is also huge, so finding a true win rate is tough. I was at about 4bb/100, and am in the midst of a -150BB slide...which hurts the win rate, to say the least.

I have 19k hands at party 1/2 tables with a winrate of slightly less than 4 and I wasn't running too well when I started out, so I think a long term sustainable win-rate would be between 4 and 4.5.
