MTCT?

on party it says,
"New MTCT will be available from 7am eastern"
anyone know what MTCT is? its probably obvious, but i cant figure it out and it's pissing me off.

All tournaments seem to be stopped for the night and will return at 7am unless I'm missing something. We must be getting a Party Roulette upgrade tomorrow.

all tourneys suspended. Recently, they upped the speed. I hope they find a way to allow omahi hi pot limit.
