2/4 Nl fold straight on river getting 6.5 to 1?
Don't have the hand history here so youll have to bare with my description.
6 max 2/4 nl 400 max on ub New to table. 400 in stack. dealt 78o in cutoff. folded to me, so I play aggro and raise 3bbs to 12. button folds. SB calls 12 has about 300 left in stack. BB calls as well with 225 in stack. $36 pot to the flop 2 6 9 r sb and bb check to me. I bet out 18 (half pot). Both call $90 pot to the turn 10 sb bets 30. bb raises all in for about 200 more. I just smooth call here to entice the sb to call as well. Sb does call. rougly 650 in the pot going to the river 9 board is 2 6 9 10 9 sb immediately pushes in his remaining chips which is about 100 more. dont know if the numbers ive posted add up but on the actual hand it was 105 more to call and there was about 750 in the pot. Whats everyones play here? I do believe most everyone will say its an easy call getting 7.5 to 1 here. I dont believe that is correct though. If it were heads up then yes it would be +ev to call because ill win more then once in 7. now though im up against two players who were willing to put 200 bucks in on the turn. one of them had to have had either a set, top two, or the same straght. if i call and can beat the river raiser, its only a 200 side pot and like 650 main that i may still lose. Does anyone fold this? |

I refuse to answer your poll on the grounds that you have biased the question.

People are idiots, you'll see A9 enough here, call. We need to get a "Why you guys aren't crushing these limits" post from Ed Miller in here.

If you are going to fold the river you might as well go ahead and fold the turn.

why are stupid posts like this put up? if this isn't obvious to you what to do, well, you're not a winning player most likely
