Default trips facing 3rd raise on turn

party 3/6 6max
i have Th9h in BB, villain is SB and has not been out of line yet.
preflop 2 or 3 limpers, villain completes i check. effective stacks ~700

flop is 9d 9c Qd
SB bets 20, i call, guy in EP calls.

turn 3s (pot 90ish)
SB bets $45, I raise to $111, EP folds, SB thinks until timer is almost out and reraises to $265. he has about $550 left.

im not too sure about my original $111 raise, but i wanted to make EP fold his draw. i thought i could fold to a push from SB, but his small reraise was really suspicious, especially after he thought for such a long time. it almost seemed like he purposely left himself enough $$ to be able to get away from a push. anyway, what do people do here?
