Default Pokerstars WPT hand - Loose Playing or Smart Re-steal?

PokerStars Caribbean Adventure

Maybe SB thought CO was on a steal and tried to re-steal. But when CO goes all-in, does the pot odds justify calling with any two? Pot odds were 2.5:1 to make the call (T185k to win t447k) but who even gets involved with this hand in the first place?

Blinds are 8000/16,000/2000 antes

Seat 1: John Gale, England (gizzimow) t1.3M
Seat 2: Patrick Hocking, Medford, OR, USA (The Hawk) t354k
Seat 3: Nenad Medic, Niagra Falls, Canada (serb2127) t100K
Seat 4: Mikael Westerlund, Gothenburg, Sweden t1.2M
Seat 5: Miami John Cernuto, Las Vegas, NV t276k
Seat 6: Alex Balandin, New York, (ignatiusj) t1.3M
Seat 3(Medic) is the button.

Folds around to Hocking (CO) who raises to $55k.
Medic (Button) folds.
Mikael (SB) re-raises and makes it a total of $175k.
Miami John (BB) folds.
Hocking (CO)re-raises 185k (all-in).
Mikael (SB) calls $185k.

Hocking (CO)shows AKo.
Mikael (SB)turns over 64o.

FLOP: KAJ rainbow.
TURN: 5h.
RIVER: 8c

Hocking (CO)wins pot t740k with two pair (AAKKJ).
