I made it. Representing the trouts on the PPM Cruise next March. 8 hours of excruciating pain.

I played like a total wimp from hours 5-8. The SB raised my BB every orbit, and I never played back at him. What is my problem? I am such a pussy.

Hand of the tournament:

Blinds 300/600. I have 22k and am table leader. Other big stack at table (20k) raises to 2000. He is capable of making laydowns. I repop it to 5800 with 77 in the CO, expecting the hand to be over. He calls. Flop QT4 with 2 diamonds. He bets 4k. I think he has just enough left to fold if I move in, so I do it (I also don't think he is that strong here, maybe JJ?). He mucks, and I'm up to 35k.

I never once sucked out this tournament, and I was never sucked out on. I think I went 4-2 in coinflips. Except for getting pwned hardcore in the blinds, I played a great tournament, making good steals, and winning tons of small pots.

Thanks to everyone on 2+2. I have been trying to post more lately on this board, and I hope to see a lot of you guys on the boat.
