The gov't of Aruba knows there is no EV in blocking the investigation. It is in their best interest to find the killer(s), but they couldn't.

The boycott is stupid. You are probably safer heading back to your hotel in Aruba than you are in Orlando.

[/ QUOTE ]

My only problem with this post is the word 'probably', it seems to me to imply that there is some doubt over this.

The girl got drunk and went with strangers, end of story. There was nothing the Aruba government or any other government could have done about it.

Or the killer is the son of a prominent politico, and they basically are ignoring all of the evidence that points to him. Either or.

That doesn't change the fact that she got herself into a dangerous situation.

By the way, is it OK for moderators to refer to other posters as "morons?" Way to lead the way.

This from the guy who "jokes" about this:

I think all cardcounter is trying to say is that we should build a lead fence around The South and then drop a nucular bomb in 'der. Nothing more, nothing less.

If Paul Phillips was banned for his silly nazi comments, we have our next candidate for permanent banning.

After working at a travel agency for a few years and being on a few dozen trips, I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. Now, I'm not painting all girls with the same brush here, but high school and college girls (an older woment too) just can't wait to get their hooks into a "latin lover" when they vacation down south.

I agree with most people who say the boycott is a bad idea, these girls just have to know what they're getting into

This article is okay, but the best part is the note in italics at the bottom.
