Missed value?? (Draw)
Poor player limps UTG. Folded to me in SB. I raise? with QQ. Only UTG calls. Both draw 3. I improve to QQQ. I bet out. UTG raises. Hero....?

Re: Missed value?? (Draw)
I like the raise before the draw. If they're going to limp with shorts you might as well punish them for it. I also like the fact that you didn't get fancy with your draw. I think there's no need false card out of position on a hand where you will usually need to improve to value bet.
After the draw I would 3bet this. Your opponent probably started with a smaller pair than yours, so it's unlikely he improved to better trips than yours. Just my opinion... |

Re: Missed value?? (Draw)
I agree with the 3betting .. if you KNOW that this is the case, that he limps w/ shorts.. then I'd definitely raise and call a cap. Notes are very important. There _are_ players that will limp w/ AA or KK UTG, and that's it. If this person will play shorts, then I like your raises; pre and post.

Re: Missed value?? (Draw)
OK, thanks. I 3-bet. UTG capped. I puke and call. As long as my line was good, I'm happy.
