Default Pre Flop Odds Real Complex

Does anyone know the probability in NLH if you hold two adjacent cards or two cards no more then two gaps (i.e. 96o) that you will flop an outside straight draw/double belly buster or better (straight).
I found out that if you hold two suited cards, two or more of that suit will flop 11.79% of the time or 7.48 to 1. For this example, you would get need 2 out of 11 suited cards remaing to flop.
