Default Mini Step 5 Bubble: AKs facing an all-in

Mini-Step 5: Top 5 got paid. Table had been very tight. The last three orbits folded around to me vs. shorty in my small blind and I always had sub 40% vs random hands.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP (t1355)
CO (t1640)
Button (t1090)
SB (t4815)
Hero (t780)
UTG (t320)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Hero?

*edit: Title is mis-leading it wasn't an all-in

How top heavy are these things? My gut says go for it, but if the payout is really flat, maybe you should pass.

Good question:
1st - $2000
2nd - $1000
3rd - $500
4th - $300
5th - $200

That's pretty top heavy. So I'd just go all in. I suppose you could try a stop and go, but the chances of that working isn't very high IMO.

Edit: with a payout like that, folding is out of the question

hmmm, no fold equity? plus you are looking to move up the ladder i am assuming considering that you likely didnt buy in directly? i prolly fold all but aa and kk here.

edit: upon learning of your new sick ass roll, i push this without hesitation.

You are posting too much of your stack in the BB to fold this.

Edit: even if his raise range is only 66+,ATs+,AJo+, this is +0.5%.

This shouldn't be a consideration.

I think you have to play this hand. Seems like there's no reason not to stop and go here.
