Default Best Bulletin Board software

Anyone have any thoughts about web BB software, and various advantages/disadvantages/costs of each? Obviously, our good friends at 2+2 publishing like Infopop and UBBthreads 6.4.2 (see the bottom of this page). WowBB? Others?

Thanks in advance.

Not the one this boards uses, that's for sure.

phpBB is OK, and free with most webhosting packages.

Hells yeah! Man, those were the days... 2400 was pretty sweet. I remember buying a 14.4kbps off a kid and being blown away at how fast it was.
