simple 10 10 question

Hollywood Park 3-5 NL......Hero is mp with @1200.........villian is button with @700.......all fold to hero who makes it 40.(10h 10 c)..........only button calls..........flop 8c8d6c..........hero bets 100...... button pushes......button is a tournament player who doesnt understand a cash game structure and is a LAG............i call for time and flip over my hand.......i immediatly notice a little squirm and study him for about 2 mins....he calls the clock and i notice his pulse is racing in his neck............what do u do?????
