Default How many limpers does it take to complete with any two suited?

To make the question a little easier, assume the BB is very passive and will very rarely raise.

I've run some numbers from a pot odds standpoint to answer for myself, I was just wondering how other people would answer without (or with) running the numbers.

Zero?

If the BB can be counted on to never raise, I'm getting 2-1 on my completion, no? Surely I'm not worse than a 2-1 dog with suited trash vs. a random BB hand.
