I'd say one of the big reasons is because Bo doesn't fit the traditional American Idol pop or R&B solo artist cookie cutter image, he's rock and roll (which generally requires a band so it's difficult to package as a solo artist) so he's been fighting an uphill battle all season to win people over. I think he finally crested that hill tonight.

Assuming Vonzell is eliminated I think we'll see the market very close to 50/50, but the actual odds will probably be in Bo's favor because he won a hell of a lot of "on the fence" people over to his side tonight.

I am pulling for Vonzell. Does anyone else think that race may be a factor in the voting with Carrie and Bo splitting?

Did anyone else notice that Seacrest gave out the wrong numbers for Vonzell right after she finished her second song. He said to vote for her, call 01 or 05. 01 is correct, but 05 was one of Bo's numbers. Vonzell's second number was 04. He did announce the correct numbers the rest of the show. Don't know how much damage this did to Baby V.
