Default A suggestion for those of you adjusting to the new PP blind structure

My .02 from playing 100BB structures....

At the lower limits, 25-50NL, don't be afraid to overbet the pot.

When raising premium preflop hands, make your raise amounts in relation as much to the stack sizes of likely callers as the size of the pot. Ask them "how much of your stack do you want to pay to crack my AA today?" Charge them 15-20% of their stack for the privelege if the stacks are shallow.

On the flop, just because the pot is only like 1.45, do not be afraid to bet $3 when you feel confident you have the best hand. In my experience with these blind structures at these levels, the idea that players will only call pot overbets with great hands is not relevant. At 100NL it is, but not before. Especially in the early betting rounds. Turn and river bets should still be proportionate.

The issue is that the typical 25-50NL player strongly resents the idea that they should fold their draw just because you overbet the pot.

Good luck.
