instant hand histories

Does party limit the number of times you can view instant hand histoires while playing a table.

today I tried to view the instant HH (to see what players have mucked) and on several tables it would let me do it a couple of times, then it seemed to freeze up and not show me any new HH.The old HH were still there.

The other tables would work fine for a couple of views then the same thing would happen.

It didn't matter if I closed the HH window or did numerous other things.

Is this a new Party restriction or is my stupid computer playing up?

Has this happened to anyone else?
