Party Cashout Problem

On 10/10 I cashed out from Party to my checking account through IGM. I've done this a bunch of times before and never had a problem. Yesterday, I went to the bank to make a withdrawal and discovered I had much less in my account than I had expected. The bank gave me a copy of my account activity for the past 30 days, and my 10/10 Party cashout wasn't on there. It still shows up as "delivered" in my Party account history, however.

I called Party and got transferred around to somebody in their payments department. He said he would look into it with their routing bank and might need to call my bank to see what the problem is. They're supposed to get back with me later today. Everyone at Party was very nice and professional.

Anybody had any experience with this sort of thing before? I know that while Party has had its troubles recently, it't not trying to abscond with my measly $500, but I imagine they often run into people trying to run some kind of stupid scam so its understandable they would be suspicious of somebody's claim that an EFT never went through when their records show that it did.
