In general, when an opponent pairs their door card on 4th just go ahead and fold. The pot is small and you are likely either slightly ahead or WAYYYY behind.

Fold 4th street. The pot is small, you may or may not be good (prob trailing to two pair at best). If he has trips, you're drawing to two outs. Basically, it's standard 7 card play to fold when your opponent pairs his door card unless you have some overwhelming reason to do otherwise.
