Default Things Have Changed

No idea who either of these guys are. Standard unknown 5/10 clowns.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises</font>, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.40 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Button calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.70 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, Button bets, Hero calls, UTG folds.

River: (6.70 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets,

Now I don't believe there is a 5/10 donk on the planet who would fold a Queen here but I think some might fold a 7. On top of that I was calling down anyhow. Standard? I rarely donk the river.

I would fold this on the flop. Your chances of being good at the river aren't that hot even if you aren't already behind.

Bet the flop

1.Why?

2.What are you going to do if raised and button folds?

2a.(If you say call down): Do you really think your hand is strong enough to justify spending this many bets?

2b.(If you say fold): Surely you'll get raised here with worse hands than 66 frequently, won't you?

I might call down if button folds the flop. but with button in there, I doubt your good. Bet on the river is almost never going to fold a better hand. If this called preflop with a seven in his hand, he is going to call the river with it.

I'd checkraise the turn. River seems fine.

So you obviously don't like aggression. Are you for check-calling down or check-folding here?

bet/call flop, bet turn. NOTE: This line really depends on your read of villian though.

I think a turn CR might be a little much for this hand, although I like the idea though.

I'm quite happy with aggression. Betting is just throwing chips away and receiving no information for it. If the button called the flop, I'd CR, because I can instantly fold to a 3-bet. If the button folded the flop, then I've got a few player-dependant lines (if he'll call down AT, and only reraise/raise turn with better hands, then CR still... if his aggression makes this line too flimsy, then he's aggression probably also means he'll always bet the turn, so check-call, check-call is good).

If they are "standard clowns" then I expect a raise from UTG here almost always no matter what he has. And I also hope for Button to fold which I think will happen a fair % of the time. So heads up against a clown with a pair on a pretty decent board. Could be worse. /v
