Default Im lost, how do I improve?

Just lost 40BB tonight over 300 hands (-13BB/100) at 0.5/1 and I know I have had some badd luck but I dont know if that is all. Was feeling good about my play as of yesterday I had recovered 50BB of my 100BB loss but now thats virtually wipd out.

Notible losers tonight have been AKs, AKo, AJo, ATs, ATo, A9s, KQs, KQo, KJs, KTs, JJ, JTs among others.

I post some hands up here, but now I dont know what ones to post. I do not want to flood the boards and I do not want to be posting boring hands either. Have read through SSH, ITH, TOP at least twice each and it helped to an extent.

It wasnt all bad though. Won 15BB on one table, 5 on another but lost my buyin on the last one, only had 3BB left on my last hand, get dealt KK and lost (would have lost alot more if I had the money)

Just having a winge really, I dont know if anyone can help

Post your stats. When I posted mine is was fairly easy for people to point out leaks in my game: playing out of sb too much, cold calling pre flop too much, too low pf raise...

Start by replying to posts. If your wrong, you'll get told what's up. It's part of the learning experience.

Variance happens, but 400BB over 300 hands is a hemorrhage. There propably quite a bit of bad play mixed in there as well.

BTW, you are going to lose with every hand. Not just the bad ones.

You know what, send me a couple of hand history files with about 300 hands to my email and I'll take a look at it and reply with comments. Choose tables where you lost money.
I send my email in a private message.

I don't put much stock in stats myself. It could be you're just on a 4k run of bad cards.

If I had to give advice though, I'd say overall, you're too tight.

VPIP, WTSD, and PFR are all too low, PFR is severely low. You might have a problem with only playing premium hands and then getting married to them postflop even though it might be clear you're beaten.

Post some position stats, and maybe some hands you're unhappy with.

Stop whining and keep playing. 40 BB over 300 hands is nothing. It's a bump in the road, that's all.

I lost 67 BB over 314 hands yesterday and won it all back today plus 30 BB more. It's called variance.
