I think you played it just fine. UTG would have called your all-in whether he got that river Q or not. It is obvious he felt highly of his two pair pre-river. You were unlucky with the Q on the river but it happens. Would I have pushed any earlier than you did? Not sure but I'm thinking he would have called your all-in any time during that hand.

try to use psychic powers to recognize when somebody just hit a 2-outer.

i woulda made the flop raise smaller (maybe to 14), but it's fine.
