Default super system 2 worth it?

I have a decent library of poker books, most of the staples, maybe 10 or 12 books all together. I play mostly NLHE and PLO, with a few tourneys thrown in. Is super system 2 worth buying? I've heard some mixed opinions on it, what do you think?

I would only recommend it if you play/want to learn triple draw or Omaha/8.

I'd add 7-stud/8 to that.

The limit hold 'em section is good as well, but there are several good book-length treatments of that game, which makes the chapter in SS2 somewhat cursory by comparison.
