New Party Account

I am looking to start a new party account after having my old one closed. I plan on using the same name, but different address and IGM pay instead of neteller. However, I only have one phone number. If I use the same phone number (it's an out of state cell phone number, by the way) as I had on my old account, is this OK? Thank you for you help.
