I used to be the captain og a HULA team, and the way I decided who to pick for my team was to pick anybody who seemed serious about learning.
I did not mind if a player had lacking experience.
My team did pretty well, and only finished second to the Crazy Canucks, but we won all the money [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Sheriff Fatman application to join the team is below, hope you do not mind me posting it.
It appears that studying and hard work pays off, I guess that is the case with Greg too.

I can't say much more about my commitment than the fact that in the short time I've been on this board I've played in the KotZ events, Zoo vs SS, OIC (heavily) & 2+2 SnG's. Most of these involve late nights (I'm in the UK) and even the small matter of a full-time job haven't kept me away from them!

More importantly, my number of SnG 2nd places exceeds the 1st places so there is an obvious need for me to improve.
