Thanks Mike for the HeadsUp!

I used to be the captain og a HULA team, and the way I decided who to pick for my team was to pick anybody who seemed serious about learning.
I did not mind if a player had lacking experience.
My team did pretty well, and only finished second to the Crazy Canucks, but we won all the money

Sheriff Fatman application to join the team is below, hope you do not mind me posting it.
It appears that studying and hard work pays off, I guess that is the case with Greg too.

I'd be interested in playing this - it would fit well into my strategy of focusing on SnG's at present.

I can't say much more about my commitment than the fact that in the short time I've been on this board I've played in the KotZ events, Zoo vs SS, OIC (heavily) & 2+2 SnG's. Most of these involve late nights (I'm in the UK) and even the small matter of a full-time job haven't kept me away from them!

More importantly, my number of SnG 2nd places exceeds the 1st places so there is an obvious need for me to improve.

Hope this makes the cut!

Sheriff

Think this will be a close match, if anyone wants to have a bet with me, I will be backing The Sheriff!

I sense that I might be able to get some odds here, (as Fossilman for some reason is well known) so everything I win above even odds I will donat to the Stars Tsunami fund.
(If I bet $50 and the other person bets $75 and I win I will donate $25.)

Sheriff, I know you can do this!

And a BIG Thank You to Fossilman, a great ambassador for Poker.

I'm probably gonna miss this - be sleeping in after work.

If you could change it to a BOXING match, I'd be up for watching it - any chance? - we know Raymer can throw a punch...how about Sherrif Fatman...

That's the problem with so many 2+2 users nowadays - no word is safe to use anymore!

That sure seems like a long time ago - I haven't played a cash SnG since July!
