They do not confiscate for Edge or prophecy, so you must have been using a BOT to get that mail.

First of all, your an idiot, that is not true. Second of all, to everyone else who is questioning my integrety, what is it to me if you believe me or not? You did not sieze my funds. I posted this for some advice and to warn people, why would I lie to you all? Yes, I did know the software was illegal on party, WHICH IS WHY I DID NOT USE IT. I didn't know seeing if a database thought I was a fish or a rock would get me banned from party. Trust me guys, I thought nothing like that would ever happen to me, that anyone who got into illegal stuff and was banned was a fool. Joke with what you want, but also be careful with Party.

Which is why I have a poker PC. There's nothing on it but poker clients, PT and PA. And imaging software so I can take a snapshot of the rare royal flush, or the frequent crapping out of their software.

It has a web browser with nothing in the bookmark folder except the junk the browser insists on installing. I never surf the net on the poker PC, and I'm certainly not going to give them free access to my financial records or porn collection.

How does Party know what programs you are actually running while playing on their site? I've heard about the screen scraping thing they did, but if a player isn't actually running a banned program and they detect it, why?

Hypothetically let's say Party examines your web browser cache, finds a page that mentions Poker Edge (just like this one does....) and then confiscates your account....

[/ QUOTE ]

there would be many other reports of fund seizures if it was done this lightly.

OP was warned and went and USED another verboten site. why do you all believe he just toyed with the search function once?

I do not believe they would sieze funds for my activity either, I think there was a mistake in the system that saw the same cookie over and over and everytime signaled that I was using the function more than once. It is the only explaination.

Edit: Only explaination for me. You all can just say OP is an idiot liar and theres your explaination.
