Crypto rakeback with two accounts?

I have accounts at the following:
Inter, William Hill, Poker Plex, CS, TotalBet, UKBetting

I would like to have rakeback at one of the sites which offers the standard monthly bonuses as well. Is this possible? Are there sites out there that I didn't mention? BTW, I am a US player. Also, would closing and reopening the accounts help matters? Or opening an account in my wife's name?

I am also interested in this same issue, betfair seem to calculate their direct rakeback payments in an unusual way ( and it doesn't appear to be beneficial for us players.

I should add that i wont need a second account for most of the skins.
