Default Anyone like the Cards to win the pennant at even money?

I don't bet much on sports, but this line caught my eye.

I was pretty sure they were going to win the whole thing, now that the reliever Reyes is done for the year I am a little nervous about that pick.

Just remember that .75*.75 = 9/16

If you think their chances of winning both series are more than 75% then go nuts.

That is a terrible bet. We are talking about a best of 5 series then a best of 7 series. The chance of the better team winning a best of 5 series, even against the Padres, is nowhere near 75%. It would be hard to make them too much higher than even money, much less 75% vs the Astros or Braves, especially the Astros with that pitching. Bets like this are how these places make big money.
