Whos is that one AP fugger who voted for Duke???

[/ QUOTE ]

Duke is the better team. They will go farther come tournament time, and they have a better chance of winning the national championship than Illinois.

IL is 6-0 vs ranked teams. Duke had played 2 ranked teams. Talk to us after Duke plays a few more games against ranked teams.....

Sorry, I was too dazed from Dickie V talking about UNC all game.

We'll take this up on Feb 10th, after Duke plays @wake, and then home for GT and UNC, ok? If they have less than 2 losses at that point I'll eat my hat.

Clark

I know there are still tickets left for the Indy NCAA games... is this where IL is most likely going to play? I know there was some talk about it over at illini-nation board, but i just wanted to make sure... maybe a 2+2 illini meet-up in indy might be in order... it seems there are enough of us here...

Indy, Rosemont, Saint Louis. Get 'em while you can.

Do you even watch the games? Illinois is by far and away the best team. Their 4 best games were their 4 biggest games. This team is poised, plays good D, has an incredibly balanced offense and is simply better than anyone else.

Frankly, they have a great shot at running the entire table. How much of a shot? I don't know, but I'd guess it's about 10% which is pretty substantial considering what we are talking about.

Duke has done nothing. Even Vitale can't pimp them over Illinois, which is saying something.

Put your money where your mouth is sir. Duke will go farther in the tourney than the Illini. Since you're so confident you should even give me odds.

How much? I'll bet you straight up any dollar amount you name up to $5k. I don't know you like I know GoT so we'd have to get a trusted 3rd party to hold the money until the outcome was decided.
