Requesting raked hands from Party/Empire

Anybody else having problems requesting the # of
raked hands they played for month of April?

I do this every month, with no problems till now.
Also one of my signups is getting the same response
which is that they can now only go 1 week back.

My signup also called 1-888 support and was
told same thing.

Anyone talk to their affiliate managers concerning
this issue?
