Villian: 45$ not very good, has shown down some bad hands
Hero: 59$

Hero is BB, Vilian completes, Hero raises 3$, VIllian calls.

Flop : 7h, 5h, 6d
Hero bets 5, Villian calls
I really have no idea what he has, instincts say flush draw or straight/flush draw, or just broadway.

Turn: 9c
Hero bets 6, Villian calls
Now I really dont know what to think, probably not broadway now. I think I should probably bet more here. (?)

River: 4c
Hero bets 6, Villian calls

Raise more preflop...yes even 3 handed.

OTOH its hard to comment on shoerthanded play as it is very idiosyncratic...youd prolly have to post much more info than this to get a reasoned response. I can tell you that I have no idea wht you are doing here on the flop as you cannot know where you are at by betting under the pot here.
