Default South Florida NL Hold Em

Well, since casinos can longer do buy-in tournaments I'm looking for some live tournaments in SoFla. There is:

http://www.pokertouramerica.com
This is a daily tournament which is free ($5 tip to dealer) held at various bars in the area. I played in 1 lastweek and won, which means I can play for a seat at a WPT Foxwoods event but seems like an outside shot. Mostly very weak players at the event I attended Saturday. It's a pretty good time if you're just looking for a poker fix. I really don't like playing online so any "live" action is okay by me. And most people there were pretty friendly.

I haven't played in this and since Wilma I'm not even sure if it's back up and running. I haven't received any reply email from the coordinator and no November schedule has been posted. Seems like it might be worth a trip.

I'm wondering if any SoFla 2+2'ers are aware of any other options I have down here. I prefer tournement/SnG to cash games. Maybe other charity tournaments or a site like the Maryland (md-poker) for Florida?

Thanks!

What do you mean casino's can't do tournaments anymore? When did this happen?

After some more research it definitely looks bleak for us Floridians as far as finding "legit" tournament action. However, we do have access to 2 cruise lines:

Palm Beach Princess
http://www.pbcasino.com

They have tournaments M and W nights with a $55 buy in and $30 rebuy. Prizes vary depending on participation of course. Top 6 spots pay off. They have cash NL games afterwards and always during normal times.

SeaEscape
http://www.seaescape.com

No information on this.

So has anyone actually played on either of these boats and can offer some feedback? I know the PB Princess charges $37 admission and includes 2 buffet's plus enterainment, this alone kills it for me but I'd be interested to hear about anyone's experience on either of these ships.
