Default Neteller Error

Does anyone know what this means? I got this when signing in today.

"An error has been encountered

The account you are trying to log into has been closed due to certain circumstances. Please call the following number:

1-888-258-5859 (press option 0 and then option 2)

You may email admin@neteller.com to contact the NETELLER Security Department.

We apologize for any inconvenience."

Any ideas? Thanks

yes, i think they closed your account. call the 800 number provided.

do you have any reason that you are worried about this? the answer to your question is so intuitive and simple it is almost a weird question. if you did nothing wrong, they will reactivate. if you broke the rules somewhere along the chain, your money is likely gone.

I got this. I had tried to set up one Neteller account for my wife and one for me. they got suspicious and froze both, because they didn't want us to have access to each others passwords. I called up, explained it, they unfroze it. no problem.
