A raise of 15x the big blind is waaaay too much.A raise upto.40 would have been plenty for sure.
The flop is safe. He's not likely to have any low cards in his hand after calling the monstrous pre-flop raise. You got away with another overbet.I would not have called this bet with QQ myself.
How can I argue with success? You won a lot more than I would have.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A, A. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
1 fold, Hero raises to $1.5, 3 folds, MP3 calls $1.50, 4 folds.

I have done the same mistakes often when reading posts here, getting confused by the converter showing how much SB posts and not BB. But still a raise to 7.5BB is high. But if you still frequently gets action when you raise that much it can't be bad. My default preflop raise is 4xBB.

Looks good but I'd check call the river. There are few hands you are beating that will call another bet here, but many that will bluff. Plus the 6 brings in a number of straight draws and check calling will save you money from a raise.
