Interesting PokerShare correspondence (LC)

Ever since I was banned at PokerShare for being from NA, I have sent repeated emails to ultimate bet and pokershare to find out whether they plan on giving the profit share to the players that have been banned. Most of my emails have gone unnoticed, or have been forwarded to the person most qualified to help. Anyway, this evening, I received an email from UB to check on the status of a purchase I made using the UB points I earned while playing at PokerShare. I sent the following and received the reply.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the book. Unfortunately, I am no longer
allowed at your tables for I am a North American
player. By the way, could you please let me know
whether or not I will be getting any bonus from the
40% profit sharing bonus at Pokershare?

Dear Customer,

You will be paid as per the usual guidelines and timeframe.

An interesting twist, I think. I was under the impression that the 40% profit share money was long gone as far as we were concerned. Perhaps not.
