The two in this hand are terrible.

Button is about 60/30/1 and sucks. BB is about 80/25 and my new favorite player.

I would have capped, but its 1bb and I really want to trap BB on the turn for at least 2 bets.

Plan worked perfectly, getting a little worried tho. I know Button will always have atleast trips here.

Should I be trying for 3-bets here? A cap? By the river I have narrowed his range to AQ, KQ, or one of the crappy Q boats. KK or QQ are possibilities.

I would have 3-betted the river. Even though his postflop aggression isn't crazy he definately seems laggy and a play like this could easily be doing this with Qx. Or worse, look at this, a hand I played today:

3 betting the river depends on the ratard level of the LAG. If you see him 3 betting into dangerous boards with lesser hands then 3 bet him. If he is pretty standard raising with the nuts then call. Really depends on his stats.

The king on the river is a horrible card for you so I think the bet/call line is perfect. On the turn his range contains more hands that you are ahead than ones you are behind (the Q was a really good card for you) and thus capping that [censored] is g00t.
