Default Two preflop decisions from SB, misplayed both?

Villain in this hand is 33/8.1/1 with asb: 17. about 1300 hands

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, Hero fold

The second hand is at a loose and pretty passive table with at least four bad players (not including myself ).

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Edit: number of hands on Button in hand 1.

1st seems fine. How many hands is this over for his stats?

2nd hand: If the table is loose you should easily be able to raise this for value preflop.

with asb of only 17 you are playing a dominated hand out of position for 2.6 bets preflop is not exactly fun times.

second hand I would raise with ATs there but not A9s

it is very possible I am tighter in the sb than many on these boards so take that into consideration.
