Default Pokerstars 350.000 guaranteed tourney, seems a scandal goin on..

With 56 players remaining (including me) something happened to the server that made most of the players not able to perform any commands.
4 players (also including me) busted out of the tourney forfeiting their hands during this time.
They paused the tournament and started it up again - without fixing the issue that created.
To me that would be the same thing as if some players at WSOP simply went and took 4 others stacks sending them to the rail.
Pokerstars state on their site that if a serverissue creates problem in a tourney they will either do a rollback or cancel the tourney and divide the prizepool among the remaining players after a system they created to cover for those instances.

I simply cannot believe in a 350.000 tourney with 56 players left they let 4 people bust out like that and let the tourney go on, what do you think??

Send them an angry e-mail. Stars' staff is pretty good, they will most likely sort it out.

I now got mailed this response....

Thank you for writing about this issue. Around 9 pm Eastern this
evening, we experienced a lag in our game servers. We noted the
problem quite quickly, and stopped all games very quickly. Site
operations returned to normal and all cash games and tournaments were
restarted within 35 minutes, once we were certain the servers were
operating smoothly again.

One effect of this outage is that you may previously have reached the
PokerStars Cashier, but it showed a zero balance. The proper balance
should now be visible in the Cashier.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this outage. We can
assure you that this situation in no way represents normal operations
at PokerStars.

If you were in a tournament at the time of the downage and did not
complete the tournament, please e-mail us with the subject line:

"REFUND: Txxxxxx, $a+b buy-in, USERID"

...where "xxxxxx" is the Tournament ID, "a+b" is the
buy-in of the
tournament (for example, $20+2), and "USERID" is your PokerStars
User
ID.

We apologize for this outage, which is a very rare occurence here on
PokerStars. We appreciate your patience and understanding as well as
your business.

Hello?!? Me and 4 players busted out at place 53-56 in a 413.200 USD tourney because a few selected people robbed blinds that were forfeited.
The blinds were 6-12k when this happened, anyone of us 4 could easily have going on to win that tourney and they seem to offer some kind of buy in reimbursement?!?
55th paid about 1000 USD, that's a shitload of difference to 86.000 who was 1st prize.

Holy [censored], the 2 big stacks were going at each other in a pot with 1.4 million in it, lucas is thinking after the river card and since he has no time bank he autofolds. He only has 700k now.
