Default Seems simple.. but obviously not

This seems like a pretty simple hand unless your actually in it... But I am sure everyone has been in it so I'd like to see how you guys handled it.

Party 5/10 NL

Seat 2: UTG + 1( $346.25 )
Seat 3: Hero ( $531.50 )
Seat 4: MP( $826.10 )
Seat 5: SB( $845.70 )
Seat 6: BB (Villain) ( $963 )
Seat 1: UTG( $1016 )

** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero[ Kd Kc ]
UTG calls [$10].
UTG +1 folds.
Hero raises [$35].
MP calls [$35].
SB folds.
Villain raises [$140].
UTG folds.

No real read on this guy... He just sat down a few hands ago but at the time he seemed pretty tight. It seemed a little odd since he was out of position so I was definitely worried about AA but could also consider AK suited or QQ-10 10. Can you really get away from this hand preflop? And if you can't get away from it, is there any reason NOT to push preflop?

I'll post results later... Thanks
