I call based on the fact that I hope he has QT, QJ, KT, JJ, or TT, all with 1 club. The pot seems big enough, and these hands seem plausible enough for you to be good enough of the time.
I do expect to lose most of the time on the river though.

I agree that NOT betting the turn would be a criminal offense. Once I am raised, I believe calling is correct only to draw to the straight or flush.
Fold the river UI, c/c with the str8, b/c with the flush.

I think bet/call probably sucks because we will only get raised by a hand that beats us (i.e. the flush), and it would be a crying call. edit: I bet/call our J-high flush
