What do you think is a good number for your bankroll to start really playing Step 5s, assuming you think you would be a winning player.

[/ QUOTE ] 100k [/ QUOTE ] IMO 100k is on the short side for a responsible/professional gambler. Yeah ok, losing 10% of your bankroll is no huge deal when you have 3k and are grinding away at the 33s, but when you lose 10% of it and you have 100k, it really stings. Add this to the fact that the 1k games are much tougher and I feel that it's just risky if you aren't the kind of person who can take losing a large sum of money well. Once you have like 250-300k, then losing 10-20k should sting quite a bit less. |

I was thinking more along the lines of someone who plays step 5 minis and regular step 5s not step 4 highers. |
