yeah he raises almost anything....and raises all streets with bottom pairs or low pocket pairs with overs out....even IF he had something this time i was putting him on AK

10% pfr is not all that high, especially if he doesn't tend to just call with his premium holdings and raise with crap.

my PFR% is higher. as is my postflop aggression factor.

that he's so loose and limps so much before the flop doesn't mean he's overly aggressive as well.

A 10% PFR is not really noteworthy imo. My PFR is higher than that, and I don't think I'm a maniac.

I think there's something to be said for betting the turn, rather than check raising. He is almost certainly drawing very very live against you, if you are even ahead, so seeing this turn checked through really sucks.
