Villain here is a bit of a LAG.

I think the LAG is going to keep pushing on the turn if he has 33 or 77... most likely hands for him are A3 or A7. AT is remote but I don't think he has that. He may have a bare ace but even a LAG will have some sense to not go crazy on the river here. It may sound weak to just call this river raise but sounds like you're beat.

I don't think a player who is a bit LAG would slow down with two-pair. I think if you hadn't described him as LAG I would just call, but he may have AK or AQ if he's LAG, so I'd 3-bet.

If he's a bit of a LAG and not a maniac, I probably call. I suspect it's close either way but I hate having to call a cap.

I think this is it. If you feel comfortable folding to a cap you can probably 3-bet this, but I don't make laydowns like that, so I call.

call. you might miss a bet (maybe 2 if he'd cap with a worse hand), but i think you're pwned here often enough to save bets more than work on maximizing profit.
