pokermods problem

poker table

i've downloaded two or three different mods and everytime i get this same problem with the five seat in every mod i've tried. anyone ever have this problem?

I have the same problem when the seats aren't in their default positions. This occurs at the middle seat in the 9 max tables and the 4 outer seats at the 8 max tables (stud). It's not a problem for me too much since I mostly play 10 max but it's still annoying.

Party's has multiple images for seats, depending on the layout of the table. The 4 outer seats on a 8-max table (stud), and the bottom seat on the 9-max table are different files from the normal 10-seats on a regular Hold'em table.

Problem is, PokerMods (Chiplitre's mods, as well), only have modified images for the 10 normal seats, so you're kind of stuck, unfortunately. It would be nice if they made some 8-max/9-max seat setups, but I don't know when it will happen.

You probably played at Party's new 9-max tables, here is the fix:

- browse to the Party Poker images folder (e.g. c:\program
files\PartyPoker\Images\)
- duplicate the file seat4.jpg en rename this new file to seat4_9.jpg
- run the Party software

I've been meaning to make a no chairs stud mod for IGM sites but just havent got around to it yet, as I dont play stud on there yet, but when I do Ill post it somewhere if someone hasnt done it already.

I don't use these mods because they don't work for stud. Why no mods that work for all games?

There cant be one mod for all the games because the 6 max, 8max(stud), 9max (apparently they have these now?) and 10max chair positions dont line up, and each chair is a seperate image. I've been meaning to make an IGM stud no chairs mod soon but haven't got around to it, I imagine they havent made one due to lack of demand, Ill post it somewhere when I do it though.
